HOW TO BOOK MORE PARTIES
#1 - If you are so busy that you are doing the hostess a favor by squeezing them into your appointment book , your hostesses
will be eager to book that date. “The only Saturday I have available for the next month is June 23rd - and that's
only because I had a reschedule, why don't we pencil you in and if you need to change it later we will”.
#2 – Be honest and up front with your hostess. When you are explaining the gifts and prizes she will receive
for having a party, tell her that you need at least two parties booked from her friends who will be at the party. a) Ask
her who she thinks would have a party for her. (she knows who has "other" types of parties and who like to entertain)
b), Ask her to ask them for you, if you like.
#3- During your presentation, tell the guests, " In order for me to give her this month's hostess booking gift, our
hostess, Mary needs at least two party bookings tonight. Anyone who signs the bookings list to help Mary out will receive
a prize to take home tonight.” Then pass a clip board around the room for them to sign.
#4 - Use the 3 happy close. When you book a party tonight, you will make three people happy. You'll make Mary happy because
she'll get her free gift. You'll make me happy cause I have two beautiful little girls and don't want to go out and get a
day job. Most importantly you will make your self happy because of all the free gifts and special discounts you'll be getting
the night of your party
#5 – Offer a fabulous gift, for a qualifying party that holds in the first ten calendar days of the month. This
also works for bookings during the week.
